Settings

Make Joblens work the way you prefer. Open Settings in the app to see your photo and project counts, along with changes waiting to sync.

Cloud storage

Connect your own Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Nextcloud account, check progress, and open Activity. This is optional. Read the cloud storage guide for the steps.

Storage

Choose Move into Joblens or Copy into Joblens for photos imported from your phone. The import button is in Gallery. See Gallery to understand the difference before moving photos.

Trash and Archive

Trash holds deleted photos for 30 days, unless you remove them sooner. You can restore them before permanent removal. See Trash.

Archive is where you find archived projects. Their photos are kept in cloud storage, rather than as original copies on this phone. See Projects.

Appearance

Choose System, Light, or Dark appearance and a Blue or Green colour theme.

Turn on Project camera button for a camera shortcut inside each project. Turn on Notes tab to add Notes to the bottom menu.

Start Screen

Choose Open to Camera or Open to Projects for the screen you see when opening Joblens.

Photo stamp

Choose how the date, time, project name, and colour appear on your photo stamp.

See your app version and release notes. Include the version when you contact support.

Where is Account?

Joblens no longer has user accounts or a sign-in screen. If you are following an older guide, start with Quick start instead.
