Keep the photos and notes for each job together. Inbox stays at the top for photos you want to sort later.
Create a project
- Open Projects.
- Tap Create project.
- Enter a name and, if useful, a start date.
- Save the project.
You can sort projects by Name or Start date. Open a project's menu to change its details. Inbox has a fixed name and cannot be deleted.
Edit or remove a project
Open the project's menu and choose Edit details to change its name or start date.
Choose Delete to remove the project. Its photos move back to Inbox, rather than being deleted with the project. Save any project details you need before removing it. Inbox cannot be deleted.
Add and organise photos
Open a project to see its photos. Sort them by Newest or Oldest, or select several to move, copy, archive, download, or delete when those actions are available.
To take photos straight into a project, turn on Project camera button in Settings > Appearance, then use the camera button inside that project.
Keep notes with the job
Use the project's note button for job details, reminders, or follow-up work. The project's Notes menu brings together the project note and notes attached to its photos.
For a note that does not belong to one job, use the general notes button at the top of Projects. See Notes.
Archive a finished project
If you use cloud storage, Archive project keeps the photos in cloud storage and removes the original copies from this phone. The project moves to Settings > Archive.
Make sure syncing has finished and keep another copy of important work before archiving. Archiving is different from deleting a project or moving photos to Trash.
