Effective date: 1 January 2026
Last updated: 30 September 2026

Joblens helps you take and organise job photos and notes. You can use it on your phone without a Joblens account. Connecting your own cloud storage is optional.

This policy explains how Intagri Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Joblens and this website.

1. Who we are

Intagri Technologies LLC
131 Continental Dr Ste 305
Newark, DE 19713-4324
United States

For questions, email contact@joblens.xyz. For privacy matters, you can also email legal@joblens.xyz.

2. Your photos and notes

Joblens keeps your photos, projects, notes, and related information on your phone. If you connect cloud storage, the app can send and receive your content directly with the provider you choose.

Joblens does not use a Joblens account service to store or sync your photos and notes. You remain responsible for the content you add and where you choose to keep it.

Photos may contain details added by your phone, such as the date, time, device, or location. Check photos before sharing them if those details are sensitive.

3. Information used for cloud storage

You can connect Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Nextcloud. Joblens uses one provider for syncing at a time.

To keep the connection working, the app stores the provider's connection details on your phone using your phone's protected storage. These details allow the app to access the storage you authorised. They are separate from the app's photo and project records.

The app may show your provider's account name or email, connection status, and the progress of syncing. Your provider's own privacy policy, permissions, and storage rules also apply.

4. How information is used

The app uses information to take, import, organise, display, save, archive, download, restore, and sync your photos and notes, and to show cloud connection and progress information.

We use support messages and error reports to answer questions, investigate problems, improve reliability, protect the app, meet legal duties, and enforce our terms. There is no Joblens account registration, password reset, or signed-in device tracking feature.

5. Permissions on your phone

Joblens may ask to use your camera or photo library when you take or import photos. It needs an internet connection for cloud storage and any enabled error reporting.

You can change permissions in your phone's settings. Some features will not work if the needed permission is turned off.

6. Crash reports and app performance

Some versions of Joblens can send crash reports, error messages, and information about how well the app is working to Sentry, a service used to investigate problems. These reports can include app version, device and operating system details, and information about what went wrong.

The app is set not to attach screenshots or recordings of your screen to these reports, and it limits some personal details. This does not guarantee that an error message can never contain private information.

Sync activity logs are also available in the app. If you export a log, it is saved for you to review. You decide whether to share it with support. Check it before sharing.

7. Information you send to support

If you email us or share a log, screenshot, or other material, we receive the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate your request.

Please do not send passwords or private sign-in details. Remove private information from screenshots and logs when it is not needed to explain the problem.

8. This website and provider sign-in pages

This website is hosted by Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts those services when loading the site, so they can receive connection information such as your internet address.

When you connect cloud storage, your provider's sign-in pages may use cookies and similar tools. Those are covered by that provider's own practices.

9. When information is shared

Your chosen cloud provider receives content you sync with it. Sentry may receive the reports described above. Services that help us run the website or provide support may receive the information needed for that work.

We may also share information when you ask us to, when required by law or a valid legal request, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of our business.

Under the current app setup, we do not disclose personal information for other companies' advertising through the app.

10. Where information may be handled

Joblens is operated from the United States. Information handled by us or our service providers may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where the law requires it, we will use appropriate protections for transfers between countries.

The location of files in your connected cloud storage depends on your provider and account settings.

11. How long information is kept

Photos and notes on your phone and in cloud storage depend on your choices and your provider's rules. Deleted photos stay in Joblens Trash for 30 days unless you permanently remove them sooner.

We keep support and error reports for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal duties, resolving disputes, and protecting our business and users.

12. Keeping information safe

Cloud connection details are kept in your phone's protected storage. Keep your phone and provider account secure, and check what you share.

This does not mean all photos or notes are encrypted by Joblens. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot promise complete security.

13. Removing data or disconnecting storage

There is no Joblens account to delete. You can delete photos in the app and use Settings > Trash to restore or permanently remove them.

Disconnecting cloud storage removes that provider's connection from this phone. It does not delete your local content or files in your provider's storage. Manage cloud files, provider deleted items, and phone backups separately if you want those copies removed too.

For information we hold through support or error reporting, contact us with a privacy request. Any removal is subject to the legal duties and exceptions described in this policy.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain uses.

Email contact@joblens.xyz to make a request. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you. For files held by your cloud provider, use that provider's privacy controls too.

15. EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Depending on the situation, we may handle personal information to fulfil a contract, for legitimate business interests, with consent, or to meet a legal duty. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

For questions, email legal@joblens.xyz.

16. U.S. state and Canadian rights

If your U.S. state has an applicable privacy law, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, with legal exceptions. You may also have rights to opt out of certain uses where the law requires it.

In Canada, you may have the right to access personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate information, subject to applicable law. Contact us with questions or concerns.

17. Children

Joblens is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age threshold that applies. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For important changes, we may provide notice on this page, in the app, by email, or another appropriate way. The last updated date appears at the top.
