Keep measurements, reminders, and job details close to your photos. You can write notes without an internet connection. If cloud storage is connected, Joblens can sync your saved changes when a connection is available.
Choose where the note belongs
- General notes are for reminders that do not belong to one project.
- Project notes are for information about a whole job.
- Photo notes are for details about one photo.
Open a note
For general notes, use the notes button at the top of Projects. For a project note, open the project and tap its note button. For a photo note, open the photo and tap its note button.
The Notes menu inside a project shows the project note and its photo notes together.
Show Notes in the bottom menu
- Open Settings > Appearance.
- Turn on Notes tab.
- Open Notes in the bottom menu.
Choose General for standalone notes or Projects to find notes by job.
Write a useful note
You can use headings, paragraphs, quotes, lists, and checklists. General notes can have their own titles. Project and photo notes use the project or photo they belong to.
Photos with a note show a note badge, so you can spot them in the photo grid.
